“In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to dream. In a world filled with anger, we must still dare to comfort. In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to dream. And in a world filled with distrust, we must still dare to believe.” — Michael Jackson

Great days…time to say thank you

It’s all good. Days that feel like they were doused in magic ought to be treasured; and given thanks for. Life’s packed with meaningful moments and small miracles-take it all in and chronicle the good times.
Cliché as it is “Live Life to fullest” and try to thank people who made you the person you are today, thank the people who made you a better person and those who made and make you happy.
I thank my sister Faye for buying me the Face backpack and the gladiator sandals I’ve been dying to have, I thank Faye for giving birth of Lil Just, for the wonderful and precious years with her, and for giving me rational advices. I thank my English teacher in High school who told me that I have a real writing talent. I thank my guy friend Daryl who took time to tutor me in Math and treats me cheese cake when I’m down. I thank Noreen who pays my fare sometimes when we go home, and for being my companion going home. I thank Sandee for being so sweet and for being my calendar and alarm clock and for reminding me about school paper works. I thank Dianne for the things I’ve learned from her especially about fashion and about Paris Hilton, and for being such a good talker, I really enjoy chatting with her. I thank Bhless for always making me laugh with her crazy and playful antics; I thank her for her Blog that I read. I thank Sarah for being the person I really connect with, for being the person I can talk to about everything under the sun, I thank her for downloading videos and mp3’s for me, for teaching the things I have to learn about computers, and for making me feel that when I’m down I can lean on her shoulders. I thank my P.W.D friends and my marze for surprising me on my birthday. I thank my Akipong (My mom’s brother who took care of us) for being a disciplinarian because of that I became a responsible person, I thank him for loving me and my siblings unconditionally and for treating us like his own. I thank my nephew Lil Just and niece Kc for making me smile and for giving me an explainable happiness. I thank my former enemies for all the criticisms they’ve thrown on me that made me a stronger person. I thank all the criticisms I received for it made me do my best and put my 101% effort in everything I do. I thank my first love for teaching me one important thing: to LOVE. I thank my big brother Arjay though he’s not showy I know that he wants the best for me. I thank my Father, who is one of the reason why I am here in the world, though we’ve got lots of emotional issues I know and I’m sure that he do love me. I thank God for all the days I wake up because every day I learn new things, new realizations. And lastly I thank my wonderful and the most important person in my heart my MOM, I thank my mom for sacrificing so much for us, for working during her day-off’s just to be able to send us money, for her unconditional LOVE, Mom may not be physically here but she is definitely emotionally and spiritually here beside me and my siblings, I thank Mom for always making it a point to call us every Saturday, for providing us the things we need and want, and lastly I thank Mom for instilling values on us that will serve as her legacy.I LOVE YOU MOM.
I will never get tired of thanking you all. I love you all.
